SVR CV40 (TSR CV40) Natural Rubber

SVR CV40 (TSR CV40) is a lower-Mooney constant-viscosity natural rubber grade with target Mooney viscosity 40±5. It is selected by rubber compounders that need softer base viscosity, easier mixing, lower processing resistance, and flexible compound formulation compared with higher-Mooney CV grades such as CV50, CV60, and CV70.
APT Rubber’s controlled production process supports Stable Mooney performance up to 6 months, helping tire, automotive parts, and technical rubber goods manufacturers reduce processing variation during production.
For manufacturers working with soft or highly loaded compounds, SVR CV40 helps improve processing flow while reducing the need for heavy mastication.
